I offer both online therapy and in-person sessions from Godalming, Surrey. Many clients find online therapy offers the flexibility they need around family life or busy schedules.
Sessions are usually held weekly, depending on the type of therapy you're seeking sessions are different lengths:
Individual sessions lasts 50 minutes
The first couples session is usually 90 minutes
Ongoing Couples Sessions are usually 60 minutes but if preferred you can continue to have 90 minute sessions or a mix.
Our counselling sessions provide you with a compassionate and personalised opportunity to explore your experiences, build resilience, and create lasting change in your relationships and emotional wellbeing.
Hours of Availability:
I currently offer therapy on weekday daytimes, some evenings and Saturday mornings. Sessions are available both online and in-person from Godalming, Surrey.
Many of my clients are parents, carers, or working professionals who need flexible times — we can discuss what works best for you when you get in touch.
Fees
Individual counselling costs:
£70.00 per session.
Couples and Relationship Therapy:
£85 per 60 minute session.
£130 per 90 minute session.
Payment: I will send you a weekly invoice for your sessions, and payment can be made by BACS bank transfer. You’ll receive all the payment details once we arrange your first session.
Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule otherwise the full fee is charged. I understand life can be unpredictable, and I aim to be flexible where possible.
